Piraeus has received the relevant approvals by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders and by the European Central Bank.
The cash distribution amounts to €373mn, or €0.298 per share. The amount corresponds to a 35% payout ratio out of 2024 net profit or 8% yield based on the closing price of the Piraeus’ stock on 31.12.24.
