Survey insights help us understand exactly how the Group’s employees are feeling, where to direct our efforts according to their feedback, and whether our efforts to increase engagement and productivity are effective. Surveys are conducted in the form of online questionnaires and/or personal interviews.

We assess the engagement of our workforce through the response rate of the annual questionnaire, as well as by implementing other employee engagement practices, such as off-site meetings, innovation competitions, monthly activities, and utilizing communication touchpoints, including intranet views, town halls, and 1:1 meetings. In this context, HR Business Partners play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of engagement by acting as strategic advisors, bridging the gap between management and employees, ensuring that both parties are aligned with corporate values.

Employee engagement is also enabled through other channels, which provide alternative direct approaches for communication between Piraeus and our people, allowing the provision of relevant information. For this purpose, the internal intranet offers all employees 24/7 access from any device to operational and business news, articles on the Group's strategy and culture.
