Code of conduct & ethics
The code of conduct & ethics defines and describes the way we behave, implement our work and take decisions as employees of Piraeus Bank Group.The content of the code is consistent with our corporate values and the principles of responsibility, meritocracy and transparency, while it contributes to the strengthening of our corporate culture. The Code applies to every member of the Group's Human Resources.
Through business ethics and accountability, we ensure the sustainability of the Organisation, its employees, customers, shareholders and the society as a whole.

Human rights policy
Following the principles of Corporate Responsibility and the volunteer accession of the Piraeus Bank Group to the principles of the Global Compact since 2004, the Group has in place since 2007 the Human Rights Policy. Respect in human rights governs all Human Resources policies and procedures.
The basic principles regarding human rights in the workplace incorporate:
- Equal opportunities for all employees regardless of sex, race, color, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, physical ability etc.
