To ensure maximum security for Piraeus phone banking, we use cutting-edge methods that safeguard your transactions and protect your data.

Personal access codes

 1.    Personal codes

You can only access Piraeus phone banking if you enter both the customer authentication codes that only you know:

    • The mobile/landline number you register when you sign up for the service
    • Your Password

If you are calling from the phone number (landline or mobile) that you have registered without hidden caller ID, just type in your Password.

If you are calling from a different phone number or with hidden caller ID, type in the phone number you have registered when you signed up and then your Password.

Your initial Password is the 4-digit PIN of your Piraeus Bank debit card. You can replace this with a 6-digit code of your choice. This 6-digit code will only be valid for Piraeus phone banking and not for your debit card.

If you enter your Password wrongly 3 times, for your own security, the system will lock your access codes and block your access to Piraeus phone banking.
